you buy that dash mug abi

first thing first put the mug for freezer

not for some hours oh

for twenty four hours

if you put am for four hours and pour your mixture nothing will happen you go just dey waste your strawberry

so twenty four hours

when you shake the mug you no suppose hear any water moving inside

if you hear water e no ready

now for the strawberry

use fresh one if market get

but if you only get frozen it will work but you must do something

put the frozen berry for colander leave am for one hour all that pink water wey come out throw am away

then take the berry press am with paper towel until the paper no be wet again

if you don’t do this your ice cream go be crunchy

nobody want crunchy ice cream except e be granita and you no dey sell granita you dey make ice cream

sugar

quarter cup

if you use less than three tablespoon the thing go freeze like block you go need hammer

milk and cream

half cup each

whole milk oh not low fat

heavy cream

if you use low fat your tongue go feel scratchy like sandpaper

vanilla half teaspoon

you fit skip am but if your strawberry taste like metal vanilla go kill that taste

now slice your strawberry put for bowl add sugar stir leave for fifteen minutes

every five minutes stir again

after fifteen minutes pour everything inside blender the berry and the pink juice

add milk blend until smooth

stop immediately when smooth if you over blend you bring air inside and air go turn to ice crystal later

pour the blended mix for cup add the cream and vanilla stir with spoon

do not blend again just stir

now your total liquid should be about one cup

if e pass one cup keep the extra for another day

if you pour pass one cup inside the dash mug e go overflow the thing go leak from bottom i don clean that mess before e no good

take your frozen mug from freezer put for table attach paddle to lid lock am plug in press power

pour your mixture slowly through the hole while the paddle dey spin

after eighteen minutes look through the hole the mixture suppose dey pull away from the wall

at twenty minutes turn am off

if e soft serve you don win eat am

if e still liquid your mug no cold enough freeze the whole mug for two hours eat am as hard ice cream next time freeze am longer

if you want add chocolate chip or crushed biscuit drop am through the hole for the last five minutes no drop am at the beginning

if machine stop spinning you overfill unplug scoop out two tablespoon restart

if pink liquid separate from white you no stir the cream well stir hard with fork for one minute churn again for five minutes

if ice cream stick to mug you freeze am inside the mug don’t do that scoop am out before freezing if already stick run mug under warm water for ten seconds no more

to store scoop am out of mug put for plastic container with lid press cling film on top of the ice cream before closing lid

e last one week after that strawberry flavor go die

to serve after freezing leave on counter for eight minutes then scoop

if e rock hard microwave the container for six seconds low power stir then four seconds more

last thing

taste raw strawberry before you start

if e sour no use am

sugar no fit fix sour

if your berry sour use frozen sweetened strawberry drain the syrup use only the berry and reduce your sugar by two tablespoon

and freeze that mug for twenty four hours
